Schaer, and Vincent Mazzeo, directs the state Attorney General's Office to create a central repository of information regarding all firearms that were seized, forfeited, found or otherwise attained by law enforcement and believed to have been used in a crime.
The aim of the bill is to identify where illegal firearms seized in New Jersey are coming from and halt the flow of those weapons. READ MORE: http://www.nj.com/hudson/index.ssf/2014/06/assemblymen_introduce_measure_to_log_origin_of_illegal_weapons.html
